Hyrox Guide (https://thehyroxguide.com) is a free resource for Hyrox athletes, providing training programmes, nutrition guides, race strategy tools, and event information. We do not sell products or require accounts to use the site.
What Data We Collect
Newsletter sign-up: If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address. This is stored with our email service provider and used solely to send you Hyrox training tips, race updates, and site content. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email.
Assessment quiz: Your quiz answers and result are stored locally in your browser (localStorage) so you can see your result when you return. This data never leaves your device unless you choose to provide your email address.
Calculators and tools: The pace calculator, race analyser, workout generator, and nutrition planner all run entirely in your browser. No input data is sent to our servers or any third party.
Cookies & Analytics
We may use privacy-friendly analytics (such as Google Analytics or Vercel Analytics) to understand how visitors use the site — for example, which pages are most popular and how people find us. Analytics data is aggregated and does not identify you personally. You can block analytics by using a browser extension such as uBlock Origin.
We use essential cookies only where required for site functionality. We do not use advertising cookies or sell data to third parties.
